Return Policy

Please review our updated Return Policy Effective:
January 1, 2022

Please realize that we are a SMALL BUSINESS. We only order a very limited number of items per style. We allow a 10 day return window for clothing, as long as certain stipulations are met. The item must have the tags still attached, the item does not smell, and there are no signs of wear. When you bring a clothing item back, during this 10 day window, you have three options:
1: Exchange for a different size of the exact same item,
2: Exchange it for a different clothing item, or
3: Receive store credit for the amount paid.

WE DO NOT offer Cash refunds or Credit Card refunds.

Our return window is narrow because we sell out of so much product, so taking something back after it’s sold makes things hard because usually the SKU is deleted out of our system.

Jewelry, Accessories and intimates are FINAL SALE.
$20 Tuesday, Sidewalk Sale and Clearance Rack items are FINAL SALE.
Any item discounted more than 20% off is FINAL SALE.
Holiday items are FINAL SALE.

You cannot do a return on top of return. Our system doesn’t allow this, and it causes inventory adjustment issues. This means no revolving store credits beyond one return.

We had to adopt this policy for a reason. We are a small business, not a large chain store. We must enforce this policy going forward.
